After Placing Your Order, Individual Analysis Kits Are Typically Shipped To Your Address Within 24-48 Hours Of Purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All Samples Must Be Submitted Within The Following Time Frames For Test Results To Be Accurate.

You Can Either Send The Sample Via USPS Priority Express To Reach The Lab Next-Day For Results To Be Accurate

Feel Free To Drop The Sample Off At Our Location, During Our Regular Business Hours Or In Our Drop Box After Hours

Shipping Instructions For Bacteria Analysis (Coliform And E. Coli) Tests:
Samples Must Reach Our Lab By The Next Day For Results To Be Accurate.

Shipping Instructions For All Other Tests:
Samples And Sample Forms Must Be Returned To The Laboratory Within 24 - 36 Hours Of The Time The Sample Was Taken. Samples Received After This Timeframe Will Be Analyzed, However The Quality And Accuracy Of The Results Depend On Us Receiving The Sample Promptly.

Samples Can Also Be Dropped Off In-Person At The Lab During Normal Business Hours OR After Hours Drop-Off Location At The Lab’s Physical Address. The Laboratory Is Located At 75 Mt. Pleasant Street, St. Johnsbury, VT 05819. There Is An After-Hours Drop-Off On The Exterior Of The Building With Further Instructions.
